China Leather Fair and All China Shoe-tech successfully

The 14^th China (Wenzhou)International Leather Fair and 2009 Int’l Shoe Machinery and Raw Materials Exhibition, hosted by Wenzhou Shoe & Leather Industry Association and Wenzhou Synthetic Leather Chamber of Commerce and organized by Donnor Exhibition took place from 24 – 26 Sep, 2009 at Wenzhou Convention and Exhibition Centre, P.R. in China.

China Leather Fair & All China Shoe-tech, as the important professional event in shoe-making industry, converges of a large number of high quality exhibitors in Sep. annually, which provided a variety of choices for visitors. She reconfirms her unique position as business gateway this session, no matter in fair scale, exhibitor brand, professional visitors, concurrent activities or onsite-service, and also presents herself a vivid profile in development, progress and promotion, even in the economic-hit environment.

The three-day event received over 23968 professional buyers’ arrival. It included around 2000 overseas visitors all over the world and welcomed over 650 exhibitors from 58 regions and countries, and overseas exhibitors accounted for 9.1% of total numbers.

The strong presence of local exhibitors and overseas exhibitors hailing from USA, Italy, Germany, Indian, China Hong Kong , China Taiwan, China Mainland, etc. in 30,000 square meter exhibiting areas displayed their latest styles and new collection on the fair.

Among them, for leather, synthetic leather and leather chemicals, there were over 200 exhibitors with 400 booths from India, Taiwan, Jiangsu,Guangdong, Shanghai, Fujian, Zhejiang, what ‘s more, synthetic leather exhibiting group organized by Wenzhou Synthetic Leather Chamber of  Commerce attended the fair by the booth number of 183, the biggest group in its history.

Meanwhile, for shoe material and shoe chemicals, It assembled about 200 shoe materials exhibitors with more than 300 booths. The exhibits covered kinds of shoe materials, like soles, insoles, heels, surface materials, accessories, lines, hardware decorations, etc.  Stock Shoe Materials Wholesales was set for providing a new sales channel for exhibitors also for visitors who want to buy products in much more cheaper price.

Besides, the shoe machine has been the most biggest exhibiting area, even though shoe machinery industries are badly influenced by the attack of financial storm. The biggest shoes trade event to the footwear industry was successfully closed on May 7th , 2009 at Canton Pazhou Poly World Trade Center. The 8th CantonSF SHOE FAIR gathered almost 300 exhibitors, 90% of which are manufacturers, mainly from China’s three shoes producing bases: Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang. They were showing the latest shoe styles and the new ideas in footwear products like dress shoes, leisure shoes, sports shoes, indoor shoes, sandals, etc. in the exhibiting area of 10000 sqm. The main exhibits were fashion shoes, sports shoes also took the spotlight this year with many famous Chinese brands for the first time at CantonSF. And, the total number of this year’s visitors were 5686, out of which 2285 were from overseas countries.

Meanwhile, vivid activities were held at the field and drew much attention from visitors and exhibitors. For example, Eye-catching Fashion Shows during the first four days, 12 famous brands took part in the fashion shows. The audiences were greatly amazed by various latest designs that will make quite a splash in the coming market; A news release conference was held at the fair by leaders from China’s sports shoe capital—Chendai Town. The conference attracted much attention from the media like Guangzhou News Paper, Guangdong TV, Beijing Leather, China Leather, etc; 09\10 Fashion Trend Design Salon perceived by the famous advanced design institutes as a practicing base where their creative designs could be exposed to the public. Some talented young designers were signed directly at the fair site.

Even in today’s financial recession-hit environment, 8th CantonSF attained delightful results. It was the first time for CantonSF help exhibitors explore the domestic market, while maintain international effect. She is a real event for brand promotion, information communication and trend release in the industry.
